Basic Sugar-Free Iced Tea (without artificial sweeteners)

Basic Sugar-Free Iced Tea – vegan, paleo, free from artificial sweeteners
Makes: 6 cups

INGREDIENTS


3 bags of organic black tea
6 cups boiling water
1/4 cup organic lemon juice
20-30+ drops liquid stevia

METHOD


Steep the tea bags (remember to cut the strings off) in the boiling water for at least two hours or overnight. Use a large bowl or jug and place it on the counter or in the fridge. Once steeped, remove the bags and add the lemon juice + stevia + plenty of ice. Feel free to add some sliced lemon too!🌿

Protein Packed Cashew Milk

Protein Packed Cashew Milk

Protein Packed Cashew Milk – free from dairy + gluten, paleo
Makes: about 3.5 cups

INGREDIENTS


1 cup raw unsalted cashews
3 cups of filter water + extra for soaking*
2 Tbsp unflavoured collagen powder
Pinch of sea salt

METHOD


Place the cashews in a bowl or container and fill with water*. Let the cashews soak for at least 4hrs or overnight. Remove the cashews from the water and rinse throughly. Add the cashews + 3 cups water + collagen + salt to a high speed blender and blend until creamy (about 1min in a Vitamix blender). Pour your cashew milk into an airtight jar and store in the fridge for up to a week. That’s all folks!🌿
