Meal Prep Meat Balls – free from dairy + gluten
Makes: about 20
2 lbs organic ground beef
3/4 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs (I like Pete’s Gluten-Free)
1 medium egg
1 tsp salt
2 tsp Simply Organic All Purpose Seasoning (or your fav spice blend)
Preheat over to 370F. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with your hands. Form meat into large balls and place on parchment-line baking sheet. Bake for 10min on EACH side to make them nice and golden brown. I usually cut one to double check that they are fully cooked through. Meal Prep Tip👉🏻Let the meatballs cool completely. Then place them on a new parchment-lined baking sheet and place them in the freezer. Once frozen, store them in an airtight container or bag in the freezer for several weeks! Makes about 20 meatballs.
