Gluten-Free Meal Prep Meatballs

Gluten-Free Meal Prep Meatballs

Meal Prep Meat Balls – free from dairy + gluten
Makes: about 20

INGREDIENTS

2 lbs organic ground beef
3/4 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs (I like Pete’s Gluten-Free)
1 medium egg
1 tsp salt
2 tsp Simply Organic All Purpose Seasoning (or your fav spice blend)

METHOD

Preheat over to 370F. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with your hands. Form meat into large balls and place on parchment-line baking sheet. Bake for 10min on EACH side to make them nice and golden brown. I usually cut one to double check that they are fully cooked through. Meal Prep Tip👉🏻Let the meatballs cool completely. Then place them on a new parchment-lined baking sheet and place them in the freezer. Once frozen, store them in an airtight container or bag in the freezer for several weeks! Makes about 20 meatballs.

While I don’t encourage folks to ONLY drink their foods, I do think smoothies can be a nutritious, fun and convenient way to improve our overall health. Smoothie making doesn’t have to be complicated. In fact, I’ve put together an infographic outlining my 5 easy steps to the perfect smoothie. I’m also working on a little e-book that describes each of these steps in more detail. The ingredients below each step are examples of what I tend to throw into my own smoothies. I encourage YOU to find your own favourite blends or check out my go-to smoothie recipes. Have questions or comments? Be sure to leave them below. Happy sipping🥤
