Banana Bread Bites – vegan + gluten-free
Makes: about 10
1 really ripe medium banana, mashed
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup Manitoba Harvest Hemp Yeah Vanilla (or your favourite vanilla flavoured protein powder)
2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and form into about ten equal sized balls. Store them in the fridge or freeze. For the glaze: melted coconut butter + a sprinkle of cinnamon.
